Some time ago I had the opportunity to personally try out a method of boosting the immune system. This was because I came down with shingles. If you’ve never had it, be happy. It is when your back starts burning and even the lightest touch sets off a cascade of excruciating pains.

Fasting, the abstinence of food, quickly puts the body in a mode of escalated detoxifying and healing. Research shows that correctly performed water-only fasting for 3-4 days will regenerate the entire immune system.
And so, I dove into my fast. The result? Within less than a week my shingles were gone, and completely gone. Usually the nerve pain tends to stay around for months after. But not in my case. Also, a sense of clarity and lightness took over.
I wanted to learn more! And so, I did. I spent months reading up on the research and seeing others through fasts. All quite miraculous. And now, I want to share what I have learned and help you get your immune system boosted in as quick and efficient way as possible.

Basically…you eat your self, including your immune system! Really.
Old, damaged, and inefficient immune system cells are used as fuel during the fast. In fact, not just old immune cells but also other not optimally functioning cells will be used as well.
